Diagnosis: Meningothelial meningioma
Extracranial Sinonasal Tract Meningiomas etiology:
–Direct extension from primary intracranial meningioma
–Metastasis from primary intracranial meningioma
–Extracranial meningioma arising from nerve sheath of cranial nerves exiting the skull
–Extracranial meningioma not associated with cranial nerves or intracranial primary
