SMARCB1-deficient sinonasal carcinoma

•Rare, high grade aggressive carcinoma

•Affects both male and female, with wide age distribution: 19-89

•Patients often present with locally advanced disease: T3 and T4

•Poor prognosis despite multimodality aggressive treatment
